MANIPULATING HISTORY

The following series of images were created as a product of my interest in collecting various photographs of unknown individuals by unknown photographers, and digitally incorporating additional imagery found in other photographs. Meaning and perception of otherwise banal photographs are completely and radically altered by the seamless annexation of extra visual information. The common thread in all of my manipulated images is the presentation of humanity through metaphor, wit and visual storytelling.
